Ingredients
4 giant tortilla wraps (12-inch)
1 cup grilled chicken (or protein of choice)
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sliced vegetables (peppers, onions, etc.)
2 tbsp sauce or dressing of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Warm the tortilla wraps in a pan or microwave for 10–15 seconds to soften.
2. Lay the wrap flat and layer fillings: sauce, protein, rice, veggies, cheese.
3. Leave some space around edges.
4. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom.
5. Toast seam-side down in a warm skillet for 1–2 minutes.
6. Slice and serve hot, or wrap and store for later.
Notes
Avoid overfilling to prevent tearing.
Use foil or parchment to wrap for freezer storage.
Thaw overnight or microwave directly from frozen for 1–2 minutes.
